Version of 30 September 2026.
This document is a public offer by the International Charitable Foundation “Health of the Ukrainian People” (EDRPOU code 36924153; the “Foundation”) to any individual with legal capacity or any legal entity (the “Donor”) to make a charitable donation to the Foundation’s programme Save The Limb («Врятуй кінцівку») on the terms below. Save The Limb is a programme of the Foundation, not a separate legal entity; the Foundation is the recipient of donations. The “Site” is the programme’s website on which this document is published.
The Donor voluntarily and irrevocably transfers money (a charitable donation) to the Foundation for the purposes of the Save The Limb programme: either for a specific patient’s fundraiser chosen on the Site or for the programme’s general fundraiser. The Donor chooses the amount.
The name, purpose and target amount of each fundraiser are shown on its page on the Site. Fundraisers have no fixed end date and run until the fundraiser is closed or the Site announces that the programme has ended.
A donation can be made by one of the methods offered on the Site:
The methods available at the time of payment are shown on the Site’s donation page. Donations can be made from Ukraine and from abroad.
The offer is accepted when the Donor makes a payment by any of the methods above. This means the Donor has read these terms and fully agrees with them. The donation agreement is concluded when the donation is accepted, that is, when the funds reach the Foundation. No separate written agreement is signed.
Nothing is sold through the Site: a donation is not a payment for goods or services, and the Foundation provides nothing to the Donor in exchange for it. Service timing, delivery and delivery geography therefore do not apply. How long a payment takes to be credited depends on the payment service and the bank. The receipt or notification from the payment service or bank confirms the donation.
By setting up a monthly donation, the Donor agrees that the chosen amount will be charged to their card automatically once a month until the payment is cancelled or until its end date, if one is set. The payment can be cancelled at any time:
After cancellation no further charges are made.
The Foundation does not charge the Donor any fee for making a donation. The Donor’s bank or the payment service may charge their own fees under their own tariffs. If the card currency differs from the payment currency, the bank that issued the card converts the amount at its own rate.
A donation is voluntary. By donating, the Donor agrees that the amount is non-refundable, except for a mistaken, duplicate or unauthorised payment, a technical error, and cases expressly provided by the laws of Ukraine. The conditions and the request procedure are described on the “Refund policy” page.
The progress of fundraisers is shown on the Site. After a patient’s treatment is completed, the Foundation prepares a final report on the actual costs. The Donor may request information on how their donation was used by writing to info@houp.org.
The Donor’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Card details are entered on the secure page of the payment service; the Foundation does not receive or store full card details.
This offer is governed by the laws of Ukraine, in particular Articles 641, 642, 729 and 730 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine “On Charitable Activities and Charitable Organisations”. The Foundation may amend this offer; a new version takes effect when published on the Site and applies to donations made after that. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing agreement, as provided by the laws of Ukraine. If the Ukrainian and English versions differ, the Ukrainian version prevails.
