Placement of Two Cement Antibiotic Spacers in the Distal Third of the Right Femur:

1. Cement Antibiotic Spacer:
   • A temporary implant made of medical-grade cement infused with antibiotics.
   • Inserted into the bone defect area to:
     • Provide localized antibiotic delivery to combat infection.
